However, returns are only accepted under the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of the issue must be provided (photo or video evidence required)

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect expectations

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance

Once verified, we will:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, a replacement will be provided instead.


Refunds

European Union Notice

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to withdraw within 14 days under applicable consumer laws.

However, this right only applies if the product is returned unused, unopened, and in original condition.
